Scholarship Fund
Had a great time at retreat? Want to spread the joy to a Waffle in need? Consider donating to the retreat scholarship fund! The planning team is a group of volunteers who work year round trying to make retreat happen, and we'd love for as many Waffles to have the opportunity to attend.
Discounts
Each year we offer a limited number of driver rebates for those who volunteer to pick up and drop off other Retreat attendees at the airport upon arrival and departure.
The 2025 rebate will be $25 (5mi to airport)
To be eligible for this rebate you must be able to transport a minimum of three passengers (NOT including the driver) and their luggage to the retreat location on Wednesday and from the retreat location on Sunday or Monday. Drivers must also submit proof of current valid auto liability insurance.
If you are interested in being a driver, you will have the opportunity to indicate so on the registration form.
